Badar Al Kharusi works as a Consultant and Head of Capacity Building Team in the National Employment Program. He has 27 years of practical experience and a solid professional record in leadership, management of educational institutions, strategic planning, project management, and quality assurance. He has participated in many national committees, including the Human and Society Committee in the Oman Vision 2040. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of A'sharqiyah University and has participated in advisory committees for several education colleges and programs at Sultan Qaboos University, Nizwa University, and the Arab Open University. He has collaborated with regional organizations such as the Arab Center for Educational Training for Gulf States and international organizations including UNESCO and UNICEF.
He holds Bachelor's and Master's
