Dr Azzah Ahmed Al Maskari
 
Dr Azzah Al-Maskari is the Dean at The University of Technology and Applied Sciences- Ibra, Sultanate of Oman.  Prior to this, she has worked as assistant dean for academic affairs for several years. As the Dean, in addition to other tasks, Dr. Azzah has been supervising the academic and non-academic matters of the college, overseeing the execution of the strategic plan of the college, and supervising the quality assurance system at the college. She has obtained her PhD from the University of Sheffield in Information Retrieval in 2009, Master from the University of Sheffield in 2005 and Bachelor in Computer Science from California State University, Fresno, USA in 2000. She has taken Lead Auditor Training Course- Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:20115, OHSAS 18001:2007) in 2017. Her research interests are focused on teaching and learning, knowledge sharing, and information science. She has contributed to the education system in the colleges of technology by chairing the curriculum review and development committee for the IT programs for several years from 2011 until 2021.
 
Prof Jonathan Bowen
 
Jonathan Bowen, FBCS FRSA, is Emeritus Professor of Computing at London South Bank University, where he established and headed the Centre for Applied Formal Methods in 2000, an Adjunct Professor at Southwest University, Chongqing, China, and Chairman of Museophile Limited, founded in 2002. He was Professor of Computer Science at Birmingham City University during 2013-15. From 1995 to 2000, Prof. Bowen was a lecturer at the Department of Computer Science, University of Reading where he led the Formal Methods and Software Engineering Group. Previously he was a senior researcher at the Oxford University Computing Laboratory Programming Research, where he worked under the guidance of Sir Tony Hoare, FRS. During 1979-84, he worked at Imperial College, London as a research assistant, latterly in the interdepartmental Wolfson Microprocessor Laboratory. Bowen has been involved with the field of computing in both industry (including Marconi Instruments, Logica, Silicon Graphics, and Altran Praxis) and academia since 1977. His interests have ranged from formal methods, safety-critical systems, the Z notation, provably correct systems, logic programming, decompilation, hardware compilation, software/hardware co-design, and software testing, to the history of computing, museum informatics, and digital culture. He holds an MA degree in Engineering Science from Oxford University. Bowen has an h-index of 51 on Google Scholar. He has undertaken accreditation in the Middle East, including UAE, Bahrain, Oman, and Saudi Arabia, since 2007. He is a Life Fellow of the British Computer Society and the Royal Society of Arts, and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists.  
 
Dr Karen Treloar
 
Dr Karen Treloar is the Director Engagement Group at TEQSA and is an expert in economics, quality assurance and project management. Karen has held various positions at: Australian Universities Quality Agency (AUQA), RMIT and UTS. In 2011, Dr Treloar completed a PhD in the innovation economy at Monash University. Dr Treloar has strong leadership, strategy and collaboration skills. Her roles at TEQSA have varied from regulatory assessment to the establishment and development of an Engagement Group and this now includes co-ordinating all elements of international partnerships and overseeing activities with a range of stakeholders including peak and industry professional bodies. 
 
Dr. Naser Sarhan
 
Dr. Naser Sarhan is an Assistant Professor of Meteorology at King Faisal Air Academy, Royal Saudi Air Force. He was the head of Aero-science unit and director of the Scientific Studies Evaluation and Development Committee at between 2007 and 2012, and currently is the head of the curricula department. He worked as a full-time consultant at the Education Evaluation Commission, the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation (NCAAA) since 28/01/2012 until 01/02/2018, and as committee member for establishing the Military Education and Training Evaluation Commission in Saudi Arabia, November 2018- December 2019 . Dr. Naser holds a PhD in Numerical Meteorology graduated from University of East Anglia, School of Environmental Science (2007). He holds a Master of Sciences in Meteorology (2000), and a BSc in Meteorology (1996), from King Abdulaziz University, Department of Meteorology. He has been involved in quality assurance and accreditation in Saudi Arabia since 2012. These work activities included his career work as a senior accreditation consultant at the NCAAA and the ministry of higher education. He provided the academic support and accreditation consultations for many of the higher education Institutions/Programs, and he managed the NCAAA Accreditation processes for several external reviews processes. He Serving as a chair/member of multiple review Panels for University/Academic Programs accreditation and to evaluate the TVTC Colleges “Vocational” Programs in Saudi Arabia. He also provides many of the NCAAA training programs and workshops for the external Reviewers and for the HE institutions. In addition, he attended many of the local and the International Conferences on Quality Assurance in Postsecondary. Dr. Nasser has been actively involved in several scientific researches in the field of aeronautical meteorology and environmental Sciences. 
 
Dr Qasim Mohammed Al Mamari
 
Dr. Qasim Al Mamari currently leads the Scholarship Team at OQ Oman including the Takatuf Scholars program which aims at building Oman’s next leaders in different industries. Dr. Al Mamari has recently been appointed the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of International Maritime College Oman after serving in the board as a member and deputy chairman since 2014. Prior to this, he was the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs and Scientific Research at the College of Applied Sciences in Sohar (now the University of Technology and Applied Sciences) as well as the Program Director of Information Technology at the Colleges of Applied Sciences. Dr. Al Mamari graduated first class with a BSc in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in upstate New York and was awarded a graduate assistantship to complete an MSc in Information Technology from RIT. He then pursued a PhD in Information Sciences and Systems at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in Melbourne Australia. He worked in various committees and boards at The Research Council, The Information Technology Authority, The Ministry of Transport and Communication and The Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
