Dr Christopher Deery
 
Chris Deery BDS, MSc, FDS RCS Ed, PhD, FDS(Paed Dent) RCS Ed, FDS RCS Eng, FHEA After graduating, I worked in primary dental care. I worked at the DHSRU, University of Dundee and became a Consultant in Paediatric Dentistry at Edinburgh Dental Institute in 2001 and took up a Chair in Paediatric Dentistry at University of Sheffield in 2006.  I had the honour of being appointed Dean of the School of Clinical Dentistry, University of Sheffield in 2015. I was the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Paediatric Dentistry for 7 years from 2010. I am a member of the Editorial Boards of Dental Update and Evidence based dentistry. I have been the Chair of Dental Schools Council, UK & Ireland and the Consultants in Paediatric Dentistry Group UK. Research has always been my key driver I have over £8 million of grant income from 29 successful grant applications. I have 293 publications, including National Clinical Guidelines and 8 books. I am responsible for supervising 9 PhD and 17 Masters students over my career. 
 
Dr. Imran Hameed
 
Dr Imran Hameed holds a PhD in Human Resource Development from National University of Modern Languages, and a Masters in Public Health Management from Mahidol University. He is a medical doctor with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. He has worked in various capacities as a clinician, administrator and educationist in different countries. He shifted from clinical practice to public health management and finally to teaching over the years. He worked as the Head of Department of Business Studies at the Higher College of Technology, in Muscat from 2016 to 2019, and as the Head of Department at Nizwa College of Technology from 2008 to 2016, where he was also leading the Quality Assurance, Health and Safety Units and co-chair of Research. In the past he has served as the Director of Training at the JICA Mother and Child Health Centre; as the Principal of College of Medical Technology; and Director of Children Hospital at Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences, Islamabad. He has been a consultant for academics to WHO, UNAIDS, UNFPA, UNICEF, JICA, and DFID. His academic publications include midwifery manual for traditional birth attendants, and training material for prevention of parent to child transmission of HIV/AIDS. He has published papers on human resource development and public health in various scientific journals. He is a reviewer and on editorial board of two journals on management sciences.
 
Prof Dr Maha Mohamed Adel
 
Dr. Maha is currently Professor of Medical Surgical Nursing, Faculty of Nursing, Alexandria University. She is the consultant of Quality Assurance and Accreditation for the President of Alexandria University and member of Alexandria Faculty of Nursing Scientific Journal Board. Dr. Maha is the PI of Erasmus project to establish master degrees in medicine and nursing for hepato - pancreatic & biliary diseases and liver transplant  Dr. Maha also is the Former Dean Faculty of Nursing (August 2013-October 2019).  She was graduated 1980 and received her Doctorate and Master degrees from Alexandria University, Faculty of Nursing in Medical Surgical Nursing. Dr. Maha is an external reviewer at the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE) in Egypt and in Oman and Saudi Arabia, Quality Assurance and accreditation project phase I and phase II (QAAP I and QAAP II. She was Manager of Quality Assurance Center, Pharos University in Alexandria. She reviewed more than fifty faculties of different specialties and was a consultant for quality assurance in higher education for different colleges in Alexandria. Maha is also a member of the technical committee for accreditation reports revision at NAQAAE She is also a member of the steering committee of Alexandria University Medical Council (AUMC) and the head of the education committee within the Council. Prior to this post, she was the executive manager for CIQAP project (Continuous Development Qualifying for Accreditation project), and manager of the Quality Assurance Unit of the Faculty of Nursing- Alexandria University till it was the first accredited faculty in Alexandria and the second all over the country. She trained faculty staff on quality in higher education and reviewing skills. She was the Academic Coordinator of the Internship Training Department at the Faculty of Nursing.   She is First aid trainer with CEDPA organization (USA), and Education Reform Project (ERP). She has published several books including Medical Surgical Nursing, Fundamental of  Nursing , and First Aid skills , and has various researches contributions to national and international scientific conferences as well as many publications in international peer-reviewed Medical and Nursing Journals.

 
Dr. Suzanne Shale
 
Suzanne Shale is an independent consultant in medical ethics, medical education, and patient safety. She supplies guidance, research, training and one-to-one support.  Suzanne holds a PhD in medical ethics, and chose to develop her ethics consultancy after a distinguished career as an academic at the University of Oxford. She has further qualifications in conflict resolution and group facilitation as well as a strong research background. In recent years she has worked with public and private care organisations, regulators, medical schools, medical defence organisations, charities, patient groups, and overseas governments. She serves as an external examiner to leading UK medical schools. She provides education and training on a wide range of topical ethical issues throughout the UK, Europe, Australia and Asia. Suzanne is Ethics Advisor to NHS England Patient Safety Steering Group, sits on the Department of Health’s Independent Reconfiguration Panel, and is a member of Health Education England’s ‘Learning to be Safer’ Expert Advisory Group. She chairs the UK’s leading patient safety charity, Action against Medical Accidents. Suzanne’s book Moral Leadership in Medicine: Building Ethical Healthcare Organizations was published by Cambridge University Press in 2012. 
 
Dr. Zainab Al-Balushi
 
Zainab Al-Balushi PhD, MSc, MCom, BSc is Assistant Professor of Logistics and Supply chain Management at the department of Operations Management and Business Statistics, College of Economics and Political Science, Sultan Qaboos University. Currently she is the Head of Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation Unit. She is also a Faculty Fellow in Center of Excellence in Teaching and Learning. Zainab holds a Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management and Master of Commerce in Supply Chain Management (SCM), from University of Melbourne (Australia) and Master of Logistics Management, from University of Sydney (Australia) and BSc. in Operations Management from SQU. She is OAAA reviewer since 2014, a founding member of Oman Logistics Association and a member in formulating Sultanate of Oman Logistics Strategy 2040 and. She is also a reviewer for various journals and she has published in international journals such as Supply Chain Management: an International Journal; International Journal of Physical Distribution and Logistics Management and Journal of Production Planning & Control. Her research interests include Inter-Firm Relationships, Supply Chain Uncertainty and Risk Management, Competiveness, CSR, Sustainability, Logistics Digitalization, and Logistics Education.
