Dr Azzah Ahmed Al Maskari
 
Dr Azzah Al-Maskari is the Dean at The University of Technology and Applied Sciences- Ibra, Sultanate of Oman.  Prior to this, she has worked as assistant dean for academic affairs for several years. As the Dean, in addition to other tasks, Dr. Azzah has been supervising the academic and non-academic matters of the college, overseeing the execution of the strategic plan of the college, and supervising the quality assurance system at the college. She has obtained her PhD from the University of Sheffield in Information Retrieval in 2009, Master from the University of Sheffield in 2005 and Bachelor in Computer Science from California State University, Fresno, USA in 2000. She has taken Lead Auditor Training Course- Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:20115, OHSAS 18001:2007) in 2017. Her research interests are focused on teaching and learning, knowledge sharing, and information science. She has contributed to the education system in the colleges of technology by chairing the curriculum review and development committee for the IT programs for several years from 2011 until 2021.
 
Dr. Christine Mary Boughey
 
Dr Chrissie Boughey Deputy Vice Chancellor, Rhodes University, South Africa Dr Chrissie Boughey spent many years working in the Gulf region, in Qatar, the UAE and Yemen, before moving to South Africa. In South Africa she has worked with the development of teaching and learning in a number of universities and has also contributed to policy and development work at a national level, including work related to quality assurance. She has worked at Rhodes University since 1999 serving as Director of a Centre focused on teaching and learning research and practice and then later as Dean, Teaching & Learning.  In this latter position she was responsible for the leadership of teaching and learning across the entire university.  In 2015, she was appointed as Deputy Vice Chancellor, Academic & Student Affairs. As a full professor of Rhodes University, she has researched and supervised extensively and continues to maintain her intellectual work in her position as Deputy Vice Chancellor.  
 
Mr. Kieran Ross
 
Mr Kieran Ross is an Australian educated management professional (Master of Business Administration, Master of Quality Management, PG Certificate in Higher Education and a Bachelor of Economics (Accountancy)) with over ten year’s experience in the Australian Government Sector and almost twenty years international experience within the higher education sector in the United Arab Emirates. Extensive experience, has been acquired, in respect of meeting institutional and/or program accreditation requirements across the Australian, British, United Arab Emirates and Oman national accreditation systems. Mr Kieran Ross has successfully undertaken Managerial roles in both Administrative (Manager of Institutional Research and Quality, Manager of Academic Planning and Policy and as a Quality Manager) and Academic (Lecturing and as Campus Programme Co-ordinator Undergraduate (General Business) fields; with international (Australian and English) and local higher education institutions within the United Arab Emirates. Mr. Kieran Ross is currently the Registrar at the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government in Dubai. Research has focused on marketing in education and identifying factors that provide a deeper understanding of the issues that higher education institutions face in providing a challenging and satisfying student learning experience. 
 
Prof. Sam Wamuziri
 
Professor Sam Wamuziri is Professor of Civil Engineering and Dean for the College of Engineering at A’Sharqiyah University. Professor Wamuziri joined A’Sharqiyah University in September 2014 and prior to this, he served as Professor of Project Management and Strategic Development; and Head of Centre for Management Research at Wrexham Glyndwr University in the United Kingdom. Professor Wamuziri is a British Citizen and has 35 years’ experience in teaching, research and practice in Civil Engineering and Construction Management. He holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Manchester. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, Fellow of the American Society of Engineers, Fellow of the Association for Project Management, and Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.  He is chartered civil engineer and in addition, he holds an MBA with Distinction from the University of Edinburgh obtained in 1999. Professor Wamuziri has supervised 16 PhD research students to successful completion. He has authored or co-authored over 90 research papers published in high quality international journals and conference proceedings. He was Chairman of the Editorial Board and Honorary Editor of an International Journal; Proceedings of the Institution of Civil Engineers: Management, Procurement and Law from 2011 to 2017. He is a member of the Editorial Boards of four International journals. Professor Wamuziri has wide international experience of quality management systems and processes in Higher Education. He served as Academic Advisor to the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission in the United Kingdom from 2007 to 2013.
