Dr Ahmed Mohammed Al Mamari
 
Dr. Al Mamari obtained his Bsc from Melbourne University, Msc from Nottingham University and PhD from Edinburgh University. He lectures in genetics and molecular biology for over 13 years now. He has a wide experience in higher education leadership. He is the assistant vice-chancellor for the University of Technology and Applied Sciences-Muscat. He also worked as the dean of Shinas College of Technology for over four years and the assistant dean for academic affairs at Ibri College of Technology. He worked as an expert in the Secretariate of the Education Council, previously.
He was instrumental in the amalgamation of the academic programs of the Colleges of Technology and Colleges of Applied Sciences. He led the committee of Education and Research into setting the new Academic bylaws, designing new programs for the university and laying out the guiding principles for research.  He is also a member of a number of national-wide committees such as the committee for Curriculum Development and the committee for Chemical Hazard. He is an external reviewer for Oman Authority for Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance (OAAAQA). 

 
Dr Ali Hamdan Al Balushi
 
Dr.Ali Hamdan Al-Balushi previously held the position of Assistant Dean forInstitutional Support at the College of Banking and Financial Studies(2005-2020). The areas of his interest and experiences included areas ofinternational relations, public administration, higher education and training,as well as assessing higher education institutions. He obtained a Bachelor`sdegree from the University of South Carolina in the United States of America1989, a master’s degree in public administration from the American Universityof Egypt 2001, and a doctorate in management from the University of SouthamptonUK. 2017. He has a record of administrative and leadership experiences indifferent ministries before joining the college. Dr. Ali is an academiclecturer who teaches various subjects such as Human Resources Department,Public Administration and public Finance. He attended many training courses,seminars and conferences on management, higher education, leadership, humanresource management, budget control and quality management. He is a trainer inleadership and personal skills (negotiation skills, customer relationsmanagement, customer service and behavior skills. Dr. Ali has a researchinterest in the field of leadership and quality for private higher educationinstitutions in Oman to create an enabled environment in these institutions.His book has been indexed entitled "Creating an enabled environment ininstitutions Private Higher Education in Oman "in both the Library ofSultan Qaboos University and also the Library of the National Defense College.He also has experience in local development, management and quality managementprograms. Dr. Ali Al Balushi is a member of Omani Academic AccreditationAuthority and the Quality education in Oman since 2010. He is also a member of TheArab International Foundation for Education Development, based in the HashemiteKingdom of Jordan.
 
Dr Khalid Ahmed Al Shaaibi
 
I joined the Police College in 2010 as a lecturer in Criminal Law. I hold a PhD in law from the University of Strathclyde (UK). I have taught across a wide range of legal, policing and law enforcement subjects, with a particular focus on Omani Criminal Law, Organised crimes, Human trafficking, penalization and criminal justice systems. My main fields of expertise lie precisely in these areas of law. As a member of the quality assurance committee at Sultan Qaboos Academy for Police Sciences, I have also engaged in quality control and academic accreditation activities.
 
Dr. Khalid Almashikhi
 
Dr. Khalid Almashikhi is the Dean of College of Arts and Applied Sciences (CAAS) at Dhofar University since 2017. Prior to being appointed as Dean, Dr. Khalid served Dhofar University in several positions: Assistant Dean of CAAS, Head of Education Department, Director of Center of Continuing Education and Community Service. Dr. Almashikhi is the Director of Center for Teaching and Learning and in charge of the Unit for Students with Disabilities. Dr. Khalid has published several research articles in international peer-reviewed journal in the fields of leadership, teaching and Learning. He has presented in various national, regional, and international conferences. He is actively associated with ongoing research projects in Oman and abroad. Dr. Almashikhi has guided several masters’ thesis and has served as an externalexaminer to many masters and PhD theses in Oman and abroad. Dr. Khalid has won Anderson- Gouttierre Award, USA in 2009 and the best graduate award from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, USA in 2015 where he graduated with a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. Dr. Khalid is the founder of Future Leaders program(FLP) in Oman. The FLP is a youth leadership program for high school students that started in 2013. In the last 6 years, Dr. Khalid has delivered and conducted more than 100 workshops, lectures, and training sessions in schools, and at different NGOs, and government and private organizations. He serves as a member of several committees at the university and in the community.
 
Prof Mohamed Limam
 
Prof. Mohamed Limam holds a PhD in Statistics from Oregon State University (OSU), USA, in 1985, and an MSc in Statistics, from the same university in 1981. He started his career as an Assistant Professor at OSU, then at King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In 1994, he moved to Tunisia as Associate Professor of statistics at the University of Tunis. His research interests include the area of Applied Statistics, Data Mining, Statistical Process Control and Quality Management. He supervised more than 30 MSc and 24 PhD theses and authored more than 140 research publications. He is a member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Quality and Standards. He was the head of the Research Laboratory of Operations Research Decision and Control of Processes, the Founder and past President of the Tunisian Association of Statistics and its Applications from 2008 to 2011.  Prof. Limam was the Dean of the Management School (Institut Superieur de Gestion) at the University of Tunis from 1995 till 2001, then Vice President of the same University from 2007 till 2011. From December 2012 till August 2019, he was the Deputy Vice Chancellor of Dhofar University, Salalah in the Sultanate of Oman. Currently he is the Academic and Quality Consultant for the University Ibn Khaldoun a private University in Tunis, Tunisia.
