Ms. Annie Lajinian Magarian
 
Annie holds the position of University Registrar at the Lebanese American University (LAU), Lebanon.  She leads and oversees the academic services of two campuses with over 8500 students and serves on the university Accreditation Committee. Previous positions include : Lecturer and Director of the Foundation Programme at Dhofar University, Oman, Principal of the AGBU-Melkonian Educational Institute, Cyprus, Lecturer and teacher trainer at LAU, and consultant for the education/management sector. She holds BA in Business Administration/Political Science from Haigazian University, TEFL Diploma from LAU, and MA in Education from American University of Beirut.  Pursued Doctorate degree courses in Educational Leadership at University of Leicester, UK.  Also has several professional qualifications in education and leadership. Her career spans over 30 years, holding senior leadership positions in educational institutions in the last 2 decades.  She is a Lecturer of English, Communication and Education; has participated in training seminars, workshops and conferences in Education, English Language, Communication, Management & Leadership, and Quality Assurance & Management in several countries. Has served as consultant in government agencies and NGOs. Since 2007 she has been engaged in the enhancement of Quality Assurance in the higher education sector:  Served in the Oman Higher Education Sector serving as Chairperson and member of the Oman Quality Network in Higher Education (OQNHE) and as an External Reviewer for the Oman Academic Accreditation Authority.She is a member of several professional and non-profit organisations and the recipient of a prestigious medal for her valued contributions in the field of education and community services.
 
Dr Heidi Krzywacki
 
Dr. Heidi Krzywacki works as a university lecturer and researcher in mathematics education at the Department of Education, University of Helsinki, Finland. She has worked also as an associate professor in Malardalen University in Sweden in 2013–2015. She earned her doctorate from University of Helsinki in 2009. Her doctoral thesis focused on the process of becoming a teacher during pre-service mathematics teacher education, which was conceptualized through professional identity of teachers. Her research has focused on mathematics education, especially on teaching and learning primary school mathematics and teacher education. Recently her research interest has been on curriculum materials, especially the interplay between curriculum materials and teachers in mathematics classroom in cross-cultural contexts.Heidi Krzywacki has acted as an expert member in international development and assessment projects, such as HEI ICI project (Improving teacher´s in-service training in higher education in Peru, 2013-14), external evaluation and support of curriculum reform of basic education in Jamaica (2017), and latest collaboration for development of  teacher training in SNU (Somali National University, 2021-21). Heidi Krzywacki was also a member of the working group on the reform of the Finnish national core curriculum for pre-primary and basic education mathematics in 2014 (Finnish National Board of Education). 
 
Ms Ilhaam Nasser Al Maskari
 
Ilhaam is a  multidisciplinary educationist with over a decade`s worth of experience in leadership & education. Her various roles enabled her to drive positive change in organization during a strategic  transformation process including stakeholder management, identifying and delivering training needs, existing and potential employee assessment, facilitating change, workplace culture and diversity.  She has a ‘helicopter view’ of organization with an eye for detail and broad spectrum of skill sets including OAAA Program  Quality Audits for International Institutions and is a full-time lecturer at the Department of Engineering, UTAS. As a program developer and facilitator she has deliver tailored workshops for various clients including students, young professionals and C-Suite Executives. Areas of interest include Emotional Intelligence, Career Awareness, Youth Empowerment, Diversity & Inclusion, Emerging and Executive Leadership. Her enthusiasm for learning and passion for adopting international best practices drove her  to become the first Middle Eastern Certified Horse-Assisted educator, which incorporates horses in Personal and Professional Development for individuals and corporate growth. An active member in the International Association for Horse Assisted Education and in Children First Association. Ilhaam is  also a self-published  author of  ‘The Horse Book Series’ www.thehorsebookseries.com  which has been adapted to various international programs and which has been translated into multiple languages for use by educationists, horse professionals and children around the world. There is a consistent pursuit in all that she does, that is enriching educational experiences and personal & professional growth. I do this with the heart of a mother, mind of an educationist and spirit of a horse-inspired leader.
